Engage with life anew. This introduction will begin your journey to a new way of moving and a new way of being. Learn the fundamental principles of the Alexander Technique and begin applying them to activities you care about.

3 hours per week for 1 week
Fees
Course enrolment must be accompanied by a fee; we are unable to hold places for people or accept deposits on Lifestyle courses. Once enrolment is completed students will receive a course confirmation either in writing or by email. This course confirmation constitutes a receipt.
Parking fees may apply at some venues.

Enrolment
To ensure resources are ready for you at the start of your course, we ask you ideally enrol at least one week before the course commences.
Confirmation
Please check your confirmation letter to ensure you have the correct time, date and location of your course as well as any necessary requirements. There is a room directory located at each venue directing you to your classroom.
Bring With You
Students are encouraged to bring equipment to explore a specialised activity of interest. Eg. Yoga mat, musical instrument, laptop, hand weights etc.
